Missing Person

Emma from Pico Peak way has gone missing. Last seen was Thursday morning. Please call the police or the office if you have any information. We are asking homeowners who live near by if they could possibly check their home cameras between 5am and 7:30am Thursday, July 27. Our prayers and support goes out to her family and hope for a safe return.

Resale Procedures


2023 Dues are $810.06 for a developed lot, $521.32 for an undeveloped lot.  The resale certificate is $200.00 payable to Timber Hill Community.  You will need a Right of First Refusal from NEPA Management at 570-421-5409.

Capital Improvement Fees for the buyer are $810.06 for a developed lot (house) and $260.66 for an undeveloped lot and a New Member Fee of $200.00.  Multi Family fee is $1,091.08 and Section V $100.69.

2022 Dues are $771.49 for a developed lot, $496.50 for an undeveloped lot.  The resale certificate is $200.00 payable to Timber Hill Community.  You will need a Right of First Refusal from NEPA Management at 570-421-5409.

The 2023 Dues are due Feb. 15, 2023.  A late fee of $25.00 is assessed on 2-15-23 and a $50.00 on 4-1-23 and 1.25% monthly interest accrues.   The Dues are as follows:  Developed (house) $810.06, Undeveloped Lot $521.32, Multi-Family $1,091.08 Section V $201.38.
